So just realized that I am still waiting for a refund and response from Think Geek (Bethesda Store) for a return of over $100. It has been over a month since they got the items back and we are coming up on 20 days since I asked about when I would get the refund.
Isn't their policy "up to" 3 weeks after receiving the items for refunds?
Also what is up with this continuing 20+ days to respond to a ticket? This is poor customer service at the highest level... I am truly baffled by it.
I honestly wish I could stop writing these things... just refund me already so I can stop focusing on how awful your CS is!
