They started adding prices on amazon.de for the collectors edition / Apocalypse edition . My guess is the prestige editions will be available very soon for preorder

Edit: All Apocalypse editions at amazon.de are ready now to Preorder . (seems they are fixing the listings as we speak ).

Edit 2 : All Collector's edition at amazon.de are up now for preorder .
