Did you delete all the cookies from game.co.uk and they are still in basket.

I have been told it could be a problem with the old and new cookies interfering with each other.

Also try this:


Go to your Account
2) Select "Edit personal Details"
3) Select "Wallet" from the Left
4) Select "Delete Card" - You should have no cards there
5) Now "Select Manage Addresses"
6) Select "Add New Address"
7) Fill in the details but do not enter details that are NOT necessary or compulsory
8) Save the address
9) Go back to "Manage Address"
10) Delete the old address, you may have to make the new address default
11) Go back to "Wallet"
12) Select Add New Card - enter the new card details
13) Ensure that you tick the circle at the bottom, which is the address you just entered. This creates a new link to the a card and the address
14) Save
