Yeah, had the same trouble with mine. Sometimes they'll let you get away with doing S. Santa or something like that, but you usually have to do both your name and secret santa or just your name. And almost always the customs form has to match what you put on your box.
There are certainly ways around both, but its not so much getting it OUT of the US that's the problem, but NOT having the receiving customs agency have more reasons to open up your carefully wrapped packages.
Makes things a little more difficult for those of us who had to send things overseas for sure though.
Also, I opened mine and there were so many different things!
I already ate some of the food stuff, but will post a picture later (and also finally reveal that "last CE you got" box etc.)
