I totally understand your frustration - seems like the whole internet has experienced the same thing since the merge/take-over over there, but I just don't think your words regarding Ryan on here are warranted at all. He's our "hero" (when he can be), not the problem... it's kind of like blaming Batman for all the troubles in Gotham.

Ok, first of all, I am simply commenting on my frustration with the gearbox website which to my understanding is part of the treehouse brand.
Second of all, not once have I said anything bad about Ryan himself, merely at the service provided by the company. The only time I had even mentioned Ryan, was by simply asking if he would be able to find some time to respond...
So no, it's not like blaming Batman for all the problems of Gotham if you had in fact read what I had actually written..
