What makes you say it's unlikely for NA?
What is the source detailing it to be a European exclusive? I would highly doubt this to stay a European exclusive as SC IV CE was released in NA and the design of this CE w/ the book box is an indication of a "cheap" mass production that in my opinion should surely come to NA.
Isn't this due out in February? That's a long ways away. CE don't usually hit retailers here in NA until a month or 2 before release (with the rare exception of games like Mass Effect 3 which are enormous titles)
