It really depends on the situation for me. If it a small store (or most certainly a single seller like here or eBay there would be no question) I would would make all the effort needed to fix the error. But a big corporation like ThinkGeek... sorry but I did tickets with them and 30 days to wait for a reply on some mistake they made would be not been an option to me.

And your time and effort to get a corporation back some extra goods? Are they also covering my time, gas money to the post office, and packaging materials? It would have to be an item of very considerable value for me to consider it a moral imperative (assuming it was a big corporation).









It is a grey area based on circumstances (especially this one being with a place with a month+ wait time for Customer Service)... we all see it differently and there are different circumstances that could make us go one way or another. As the Jedi say:
