In Norway you pay from EUR 37 and upwards, have to pay 25 % of the items value plus a fee to the postal. So if I buy something with a value of EUR 110, the total would be 160 before having it.
Suck because almost nobody here collect video game items and it makes ebay quite a bit more expensive.
