If I look from the top the lights are a little too bright so the statue needs to be viewed at a slight angle. The alternating lights aren't really giving me the feel of moving water tho. In fact I think when all the lights are on, the moving water look is more pronounced like in the pic.
Overall the extra lights in this exclusive isn't as big a deal as the dragonborn statue since there's no different weapon or face. Both of mine are the exclusive versions but as you can see, without the lights they look just like the normal ones.
