It's happened to me on a number of occasions, only finding out my pre-order get cancelled in the lead up to the release without notification. It's only when I enquire about it that they tell me it's due to the weight of the product.
They won't even shipping more than one hardcover strategy guide as adding other items would tip over 1kg...  |
