Hey guys, I can get this steelbook for 65 USD a piece shipped to me. Fyi, shipping from me to you would likely be ~$16 unless you're located in Canada. So quite expensive (need to pay for steelbook, export fees, shipping from seller, shipping to me, import fees) but send me a PM if you happen to be interested.

edit - extra info based on questions:
-No game included
-Condition cannot be guaranteed. If the steelbook is damaged during shipping to my contact or to me, no returns.
-$16 shipping (to most places in the world) will be shipped in small box, 10 business days, no tracking.
