It is an embossed and bordered "laser cell". Similar to a "film cell" but the difference is it is not an actual piece of film but a printed image from the game itself or just simply art from the game. It's gorgeous though isn't it? I'm not sure where it originally came from, but it came as a bonus with the guide and RE5 CE game I got from an eBay seller. I snatched it REAL fast when I saw that! lol Probably a preorder bonus.
