I recently got my hands on a Sam's Club exclusive bundle of Wing Commander III. This was a landmark release by Origin, and it's one of the grandfathers of modern Collector's Editions. Besides the Sam's Club release, there was also a Origin direct "Premiere Edition," which came in a plain cardboard box.
