This is what happens, however as they told me payment would be no earlier than 10 days before release, I wasn't keeping an eye on my emails. So those emails went out to me on the 13th, 15th and 17th, when payment should have only started on the 18th. So when I checked on the 19th the most recent one was a cancellation
