Just ordered this as my N7 day present
There are 2 versions available at the bioware store, remote controlled and regular model, $200 and $100 respectively. Also available with the game for an extra 60 (US ONLY)
Remote control version is smartphone app controlled and has built in camera. Also remote control version is numbered, regular isn't.

Edit: orders over $50 get a free N7 pin (musr be added to basket) I assume this is during N7 week only. I didn't realise when I ordered mine so might cancel and reorder when I get home.
