My GF wants the game and not the CE, I want the CE, but not the game again, so I pay the difference between the LE and the game and get to keep the LE items. Just means I have to wait for the US CEs to get here before I can play the game... At least you could order from gamestop. It wont let me use "/" in the address and that is my billing address.
They use courier so usually 3-5 days.
