Did you explain to them that you're a content creator and you rely on getting your item on time to put up quality content on release day and that their fuck-up has cost you revenue? If you haven't, I'd absolutely bring this up.

She does have a very round face in game. The lower part of her jaw is almost round. Very weird looking IMO.
