Well I called and waited for awhile for them to try and figure it out... then they asked me to wait for an e-mail once they figured it out. But the guy just send what a different department told him to (and it does nothing to answer the actual question I asked).

Hopefully it is just Ken said... the items have yet to be programmed properly to adjust for Prime members and once they change it then it should update. This seems the most likely as Amazon is very pro consumer not to mention they just made a big deal out of this now 20% part of their PRIME policy not too long ago so I just feel it would be completely out of character for them to change that like this.
