There's a few really really rare holy grail items out there that I don't have. Media Molecule auctioned off 4 pieces of framed concept art with a special cover version of LBP2 after the earthquakes in Japan happened. Those are very unique and rare since only 4 exist. I've never seen any of those back up for sale again and they all were sold for $700 - 1100 dollar.
There's also a one-off pair of Vans-shoes with a custom LBP-design that were auctioned for charity.
I'd say those are the real holy grails, I also think those are pretty much impossible to obtain for me.
As far as my collection goes. I'd say the beanbag is really unique and rare. I have no idea where that one originates from, but I've also seen a Killzone 3 variant on an auction once, so I think they were made for a trading show or some Playstation-event. I have no idea how many were made, this is the only one I've ever seen.
I also think the versions of LittleBigPlanet with the extra sleeve are really rare. I bought them fairly close to each other and have never seen either of them for sale again. I also have no idea where they come from. The clown on one of them is the logo of the dutch toystore "Bart Smit" so I guess they came from there, but I also bought my original copy in that store around launch and none of the games had that extra sleeve. Maybe they were meant for employees only or so?
