They've more or less been unresponsive for the past 2-3 years. I will never buy direct from them again after I got fucked over on a preorder that will likely never ship. I will purchase their mass produced CEs if I like the looks once they hit less than $50 on Amazon (such as the Battlefield 1, Recore, and Mirror's Edge Catalyst CEs).
Hell, Playtonic Games can't even get ahold of them properly:
