Highly doubt it at that price-point, my experience with SEGA in particular has mostly been the same with these editions. Cardboard black box with thin outer-sleeve, inside will probably just be the art book and game box stacked on top of those transparent toy/statue holder. The tank model is PVC so you'll smell that fresh from China PVC manufacturer smell
I'm still buying it though, not deal breakers for me.
