I bought my Soulcalibur IV sealed steel for like $50 off some polish seller on Ebay last year. Value might have gone up since then, but it's definitely not worth $200...
Imo, there's only a few G2 steelbooks out there worth even close to $200. Mirrors Edge, NFS Undercover, Saints Row 2, Friday the 13th, Dark Souls zavi would probably be the only ones on my list.
