This Skylanders figurine has been given to members of the press, who had a „behind closed doors“ appointment with Activision during E3 2013. Supply didn't last until the end of the show, so it is quite rare.

Bronze Hot Dog had a massive supply at E3 - there's been so many on Ebay since 2013 that it's comical people think it's "rare". There's 20+ on Ebay right now as we speak. They're as low as $50, as high as $150 - though the ones at $150 rarely sell.
I guess I am curious, are you really just wanting to know "are the Ebay prices accurate?" Most of these are on Ebay/Amazon as we speak with standard prices and as with the Hot Dog one above, there's
numerous listings that you could have figured out the average price from....
