Got this new beauty of a press kit recently. This is a Germany exclusive and seems to be very rare as this is the only one I have seen. I just love this kit, I like it more then the worldwide numbered ones (I like how it looks like the Devil's Breath Folder from in the game and they took great care with small details like a coffee stain on the front and the pages inside even have printed fold and crease marks... on both sides).
