I know I could just grab a generic frame and toss the larger ones in, but I wouldn't display them without the UV-resistant glass for worry about them getting sun-damaged, so a bunch of big frames would take up as much room as the tubes.

BCW and Ultra-Pro both produce sleeves (referred to as "Top Loaders") in various sizes all the way up to 29x43 inches. They do make a 24x36 version as well but make sure the print you have is exactly 24x36 because sometimes a print can be offered as such but can be a tiny bit bigger and thus, would not fit into a sleeve of the same size.
Of the two companies mentioned above I use and prefer Ultra-Pro. These sleeves come 10 per box each individually wrapped. They are not UV-protected, basically they are a PVC plastic, clear, and if you are storing prints in a home where sunlight won't hit them, they should be fine. I use them and the larger 29x43 size to display at conventions I set up at for my business that I am in and they work well.
