Default Crystar Asia Limited Steelbook
I found one at eBay.
I was lucky...

The Seller is called auperne on eBay. I bought all the Taiwan stuff there. Everything is an was in perfect condition. Just ask him for the steelbook, I think he can manage it to get one.
