i can see this game getting easily ported over to PS5 and next gen X box 1 X because it's just months away from next gen launch and by the time the timed exclusive is expired, we'd be well on our way into next gen consoles..so i don't think Square Enix will release this in 2021 on the Xbox ONE..but instead, on the all new platform, and when it does, Square Enix meanwhile port it over to PS5 too!
