Yeah!! for real!! at times i've received steelbooks from them (Amazon Germany) full of surface scratches and with dings because they are haphazardly packaged and loosely flapping around in oversized thin mailer boxes..but on the flipside, some of them shipped out from the SAME Amazon Germany (go figure!) are cellophane wrapped and sent in custom made amazon boxes intended for "media" discs etc..it's ridiculous!!! that amazon.de still doesn't have a clue!!?? on how to maintain consistent quality with packaging and maintaining steelbooks especially how fragile they are, and they know the steelbooks ARE marketed as "collectibles" so knowing full well amazon.de has burned me with the condition of some of their exclusive video game steelbooks..even though i badly would want some..i just end up hesitating sometimes, because even if you wanted to exchange them or send them back for a refund, being located in the US..for me it's very cumbersome and a huge hassle to do returns/exchanges with AMAZON.DE (Amazon Germany) because they make you jump through hoops!! to the point where i just give up and "eat it" even thought if the steelbook is smashed or dented etc.
