It's possible just wait it out until the steelbook hits Ebay..the previous Square Enix Kingdom Hearts III release also had a separately packaged steelbook variant for Square Enix JAPAN..and ebay got flooded with the Kingdom Hearts III steelbook soon after release..so maybe secondary market would be the best solution, if like me, you only want the steelbook.
