LP colors are pretty standardized in terms what can be achieved and printed regardless of the manufacturer. I would assume something close to this (minus the black "smoke").
As Codrenau mentioned, certainly not "metallic". A technique/material like that doesn't exist to best of my knowledge.
They can later be dipped in metallic paint (see gold and platinum records RIAA certifies) but it is a risky process and does effect the quality of the sound. I don't think they would take that risk on a commercial product
