How rare is resistance 3 survivor edition and what is the most you reckon i should pay for it. i found one in the store and am thinking of purchasing it.

is it worth anything if its just the game and flask? not sure if its complete or not but that is what i saw when i went in was thinking it was a good buy but then left thinking its not worth anything..
