I guess so, but I'm not 100% sure. Most of the items are sealed, but I will ask the store and let you know if or if not.

Update: Wow, that was quick. Ok, they have some editions in stock, but only a few left. All editions will be sealed and unfortunatley they sell the LE only for PS3, they didn't import the XBOX 360 because of the region lock.
