Yeah I agree the quality of these newer designs are terrible, the dead island one I got was really cheaply made. It also looks to be a becoming common for new releases.

I'm pretty certain there's never been an official release with a CE that contains a stickerbook rather than a Steelbook.
The only stickerbooks that pop to mind are :
Saints row
Uncharted collection
Dead island.
Think that's about it tbh!
