I use borderlinx to get it.
It´s a service from DHL, where you get your own personal adress in the USA (for example) for shops which didn´t deliver to your country. I use it also for game.co.uk to get my Outbreak Ed.
But it costs a "little".
Maybe it´s also available in the UK?!
