There's brand new copies on amazon.de from €89 to €119, though there's also a copy at €400. It comes with a neat little dragon figure.
I personally think it's in the $100 range.
I wouldn't pay more than $150'ish for it... and BoF III is my favourite game. I just don't think it's worth THAT much.
