It looks like the only incentive for preordering the first 4000 units is that you'll also receive the Platinum version of MGS4.
So Konami are no longer making a real 'Ultimate Edition' as this Zavvi "
PS3 exclusive" will no longer include the MGS1 download voucher nor will it be individually numbered at all! And was only for the first 4000 preorder, but watch the many who will cancel their preorders due to the now not so special edition.
Konami has scrapped the U.E. and screwed many people. lolcry ebay sellers and buyers...lots of refunds gonna happen soon!
Expect Zavvi to also create new preorders entitled 'Limited Edition'...along with other UK site

Yes, technically it is. But it was never going to be exclusive to Australia, it's just that Australia received it first like many other CE/LE from the past. The first 4000 units for the PS3 version is still Zavvi's "Ultimate Edition" as it'll include a copy of MGS4 [Platinum Edition], and the Xbox360 version plus the rest of the PS3 version will just be the normal PAL Limited Edition.
I'm sure there'll be some uproar about this, and many angry bird eBay sellers!
