I don't think GAME ships outside of France, but here's a site that will ship worldwide at a reasonable price:
€22.15/$28.85 shipped to USA. Trouble is, as awesome as the cover looks, this seems to be an all-French, black and white, text only book. No pictures and unless you can read French, not really useful...but a pretty cover for sure.
