I would guess Uncharted is now a well established franchise so there really isn't any need for a press kit, this time around Naughty Dog have been more giving to the fans with various give-aways/promos so thats where the bulk of the budget has probably gone.
Besides you would have seen an official Press kit by now....one doesn't exist
So Fatty and Jugo put your handbags away
