Well I have just recently bought the xbox 360 version for $300 and its new sealed,so i am inclined to agree with gurps as too its true value,and i also noticed a few more new ones go for around $300-$400 before christmas,but some people do have money to burn and will pay crazy prices for certain games,so you never can tell
