Max Payne has a strong fan base. A decent game franchise and advertised well by Rockstar. Xbox360 SE's have a good track record of selling well. Only If the game was a "limited SE" it would be even be more valuable.

The SE is only available for pre order till April 2nd as long as they don't mass produce the game in the future. Prepare to see "no longer being printed" on ebay after April 2nd when scalpers start selling the SE.

The game will be a worthy investment. Then again could be a total failure. LOL
