What last Ninja Gaiden CE? Far as I know, the only "special" editions for Ninja Gaiden came when they released Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Sigma 2 for PS3. Those both received very nice small Limited CE boxes w/ extras. The regular release of Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 (before Sigma) didn't have a CE that I'm aware of (unless it was in Europe)?
