Every time something goes wrong with my card or my order exceeds the 1kg limit [when I buy multiple items in one order], they just cancel my order and email to say I'll need to make a new order. That was my experience with them in the past, I haven't ordered from them for a long time due to their constant blunders with my orders. They do have some great sale prices and the shipping cost internationally isn't bad at all, but I've just had too many bad luck with them!
