AFAIK Dead Space Ultra Limited Edition was Xbox 360 only and USA only
Also there was a Mirror's Edge Runner's Bag Bundle availble only through EA's online store for $150 new... I've NEVER seen one go up on ebay. that was PS3 and Xbox 360 USA only.
(and I needs to be added to the DB now that I think of it)
