Default Re: Metal Gear Solid Ultimate HD Collection Zavvi World Exclusive only 4000 worldwide

Zavvi shipping is still shite, to be quite frank. Slight issues with my copies though admittedly, not the worst condition they could have arrived in. Again, I get stuff from HK and Japan packed better for cheaper. Zavvi better sort this crap out because it's pretty embarrassing for them and all round annoying as a customer.

Edit: Pics. Excuse the camera and lighting. My phone needs strict lighting and settings to have amazing pics (really!) but I'm just lazy and non-pro for it. Desire HD, if you're wondering.

Crappy packaging. MGS4 I took out but basically that's how it was packed.

Mostly flat so barely ANY protection. Amazing stuff Zavvi, truly...

The damage...

Game was out of place and inner card was also damaged. I only opened this copy because of it feeling lumpy....now I know why!

The moment of truth, even though it's teased above...

No inner art

And that's that. Awful packaging by Zavvi. Konami could've done a better job of the over all packaging of the product e.g. A sturdier box ala Square Enix's Dissidia/Crisis Core boxes. Hell, even like MGS Premium (never seen but it looks miles better) would've been better. A slightly smaller box would've been possible but I guess they wanted the extra space to highlight the products, except when the quality of the packaging isn't very high this falls a little flat. It's not awful but not as good as Konami have done previously and in other regions and far from what competitors are doing. Personally for me Square Enix and Pentavision lead so far.

This still begs the question, are all PS3 steelbooks or not? That mystery is still unsolved.
