It depends, but CE's and LE's i usually open them, because i don't buy them with the intention of sellling, i buy them for myself and i enjoy the contents to see what the editions bring all that useless stuff

I might keep some sealed but it's unusual.
Only regular games i keep sealed, but only from certain genres.
