Just going back to the packaging fiasco, has anybody who's actually opened their copy had one with interior packaging intact.??
It seems to me that the flimsiness of the cardboard combined with the weight of that artbook dictates that everybody's interior will be damaged in some way.
Supplementary question . . .why do couriers feel the need to chuck things around when they can just as easily set parcels down gently
