they're both part of the NTSC region, and consoles run on 60Hz 120V power, and both use the ESRRB rating system, yes but there are difference between the US and Canada.

by law media released in Quebec must have the product title in both English and French, a lot of releases (example: DR2 Zombrex Edition) are like that for both US and Canada, however a lot of times the Canadian release will have a slip cover with slightly different wording to meet the criteria of the law.

there have been a couple of Canadian exclusive CEs as well, for instance the Forza 2 CE was Canada only. More often then not they get short changed though with a lot of CEs being US only.

I can't imagine it's hard to get US only releases in Canada though...

supposedly with a little modification you can wear it too.

there was one up on ebay not too long ago where someone had hacked in a media computer with an interface exactly like the one in game as well as working buttons etc.
