That seems to be rule in most costumer supports. I've contacted Game.co.uk about my FFXIII-2 Crystal Edition, someone named Millie answered me with a long email about them not being able to full fill my pre-order since the stock was very limited.
I've replied to that email, annoyed, and expressing my rage, although being polite. Some guy then replied to me with the exact same text. I'm pretty sure they didn't even bother to read my reply...
I've scrapped 2 retailers from my list, Zavvi.com and Game.co.uk. I'll never buy from them again.
