I'm so pissed right now. I pre-ordered the game GAME.UK so I'd receive the steelbook. Guess what ? I received the game and send them an email (after 2 weeks) to ask if they have shipped my steelbook+DLC separately. They told me that it probably got lost so I'd have to give them my address and they would send me a new one. I responded quickly and gave them my address and lol they told me the steelbook offer is only for people from the UK, I would not get it. They apologized.

I hate those losers, I asked for a refund/compensations or for them to send me the steelbook. I also threatened them by canceling all my pre-orders, that's simply not a way to treat their customers. I paid for the shippingcosts so they could have send me the steelbook.
