Yes, definitely what's inside that counts.
Considering I got Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten Premium Figure Set from NISA and received it in a small parcel box with not so sturdy/strong material, I received it with large dents around the box as if somebody played football with it!
As I opened it up I was shocked to be surprised that nothing got damaged inside!!
I guess I got lucky then
